Corporate Village Tents
Basic
Package -- $1,500
1. 15x15-foot hospitality tent in prime viewing area, including 2
tables and 20 folding chairs.
2. Twenty (20) VIP admission tickets for Saturday and Sunday race
admission.
3. Ten (10) VIP parking passes to special parking area on park
grounds.
4. Full-page advertisement in the race program (standard-size page,
black and white).
5. Display of two banners on your tent (maximum banner size 18" high
by 10' wide).
6. Credit of $300 toward food and drink purchases.
7. One person from each tent will be responsible for signing off on
purchases of food and drink. Purchases over the $300 credit will be
charged to a credit card or billed the following week.
